Rings and back items can be further upgraded into infused or attuned equipment which has additional infusion slots. Instead of an ordinary upgrade slot, ascended trinkets have the stats that would normally be granted by an upgrade component "built in" to the basic item and instead have an infusion slot (or an enrichment slot in the case of amulets). Furthermore, ascended equipment is generally account-bound, allowing the player to use the equipment on any character of the same account. All equipment that exists at this tier requires level 80. The highest bonuses are granted by equipment of G ascended quality. The only actual time he controls Reyva's body is in the world of Drazil after Reyva gave him permission to use it to defeat Drazil. If the player allows him to control their body during the first fight with Feinne, Gig takes control of Reyva's body after the fight resulting in a bad ending. In a few of the dreams, you learn that Gig was once Vigilance, an angel who fell to the dark side because he wanted to help people before becoming corrupted by Drazil.įrom the start of the game, Gig doesn't try to hide the fact that he wants to control Reyva's body. In the Normal Path, after your character decides to accept the responsibilities Lady Layna imparts to them, the player learns about Gig's backstory through the shared dreams the two of them have. In the past, Gig craved death and destruction, revelling in all of the horrible deeds he commits, an aspect of his personality that is amplified in the Demon Path.Īfter his journey with Revya on the Normal Path, Gig becomes a much more noble character to the point that he is willing to sacrifice his life to save the world and his friends. ![]() Gig is a generally rude person, he looks down on everyone else around him, seeing them as far weaker than him.
